Okay, MGS3 substance is comming out next week(atleast for the US). It adds an online mode and 2 of the old MGS games. Also a lot of little things. I think most of the people here liked MGS3 so i'm asking if u guys are going to get it/or think its worth it.
The online play looks the most interesting but I'm thinking its going to be kinda of shallow and nothing really great. I want to hear Sir Megatrons opinion.

I dont have online bullshits downstairs so eh. Slimline ps2s have network cards built in though, so I could just link it up to my modem thing if I wasn't lazy. But mgs3 is my favourite game so I'll probably get it, though it's released in June over here.
If you preorder you get a history of mgs dvd and if you get the limited edition you get the cutscenes all mixed together into a 3 and a half hour movie with narration and shit, though its hard to get LE. There's also a behind-the shoulder camera thing. On the usual stuff there's also fight bosses mode and monkey mode, theatre mode and secret theatre stuff if you saw any of the movies on the site.

Megatron, if you get online with it I will do the same so we can play together. It will be tite, we will flank our enemies and talk in battle talk over microphones. If i'm in trouble you will come around the enemy and go "hasta la vista, baby" and blow them up.
I have the old ps2 so i have to buy an adapter.

It's a piece of cake to set up. Also don't worry about mario kart it got a bit old too fast online it has a very limited amount of features online. Metroid Hunters looks like a fun multi game.

It's called "Subsistence", actually, which I doubt is even a word.

Meatloaf was invented during a time when poor families couldn't afford a ton of meat so they used bread to add to the meat, hence the word meatloaf. Some may say that its just putting stuff together to add substence, a lot like MGS substence.

Subsistence means living in a permanently fragile equilibrium between alimentary needs and the means for satisfying them; or in common parlance, it means "just getting by".
I am quite subsistent

Getting a ps2 just for me is sounding better as ive only played 2 MGS's and i like em both (the one on the original ps and the one on xbox).

The one that came out on Xbox was called Substance. It was a special version that added alot of content. Substance is to MGS2 as Subsistance is to MGS3.

MGS1 also had Integral, which was released in Japan and only in America as the PC version of MGS.
