<p>Thanks to the help of tsca, a fellow Wikipedian and his awesome wiki bot, all the <a href="http://falloutvault.com/index.php?title ... ogue_files" target="_self">Fallout and Fallout 2 dialogue files</a> can now be found at <a href="http://falloutvault.com/" target="_self">The Vault</a>, our Fallout wiki. </p><p>For now, most of them are still just raw text, but we intend to link them all to relevant Vault articles, like <a href="http://falloutvault.com/index.php?title=ABEL.MSG" target="_self">this one</a>, or even link all responses to the appropriate results in the future.</p><p>Anyway, I strongly encourage everyone to contribute to the Vault, which currently is the biggest database of Fallout setting ever (and is still growing), and is being used by Bethesda folks as a quick reference on Fallout canon.</p>

Well, they are copyrighted material, but so are the text files, really. With the current state of IPLY, Fallout games can be treated as abandonware anyway. I'll try to upload them later as well.
Having links to the audio files in the dialog files for the talking heads would certainly be a cool idea.
