I was reading some random gaming news this morning when I stumbled upon something very interesting at <a target="_self" href="http://www.kotaku.com/gaming/bethesda/n ... /a>: <blockquote>New Bethesda Game To Be Announced November 1st?Chris Kohler of Wired's Game|Life blog drops this tantalizing hint:<blockquote>At any rate, we're getting info on a game that'll be

 While they speculate that it is an Oblivion expansion, the "desert sand" comment sticks out to me as being very Fallout. I guess we'll have to wait an see!

I read a quote yesterday that they are NOT working on an Oblivion expansion right now. I will try to find it again for the link.

They've got it optioned up to Fallout 5.

Fallout 4: More travels through a generic post apoc world.

Oh hi! Forgot to mention that I'm in Las Vegas until tomorrow afternoon, at a Bethesda Softworks event. Yes, yes -- they actually invited me back to see their games after the whole Oblivion dustup. Their fans must be shocked right now, reading this.

At any rate, we're getting info on a game that'll be announced on November 1. So please look forward to that date, upon which you will be informed of everything. You'll find out, for example, how I got a thick layer of desert sand all over my white Old Navy shirt. Suspense!

He posted this blurb on Wednesday. He should have been back to "regular posting" on Thursday. He wasn't so we can only assume that BethSoft had him taken care of.

This good news!

If it really is Fallout 3, and they tell us what we want to hear, then thats a real weight of everyones mind and Bethesda will be as royalty. If it isn't what we want to hear, atleast we'll have undisputable reason to hate Bethesda forever and ever!

Either way i'd perfer to know.
