 The cover artwork is interesting, but I would rather see the Fallout font, as well as a more contrasting color.

For a game where the interior art seems to be the best part about it, the graphic design is really shitty. Awful, poorly chosen font placed on a random spot on the page. The cluelessness.

The cover art is okay but it should be more like a 40s comic book or a cover of MAD magazine or something rather than some ultra-airbrushed... thing.

I have to note something...interesting.

Their whole job is publication and formatting, and they have done perhaps the worst job we could have expected. Seriously, it's worse than the F:POS cover. Like the intro, nobody in editing cared to do their job, and so we see a further example of the care they show this "lincense". Yes, read the "PDF that should be a fucking png if GluttonCrapper editing staff wasn't populated by utter retards" again (imagine that in quotes hypenated, I'm not going to try attempting to format a line beak into it). The cover sheet has a typo on it, in the wrong fucking font. Or minus the Fallout logo entirely.

This work would have been questionable as fan-fic, and yet these people expect us to pay for this crap.

Fucking hilarious. Someone shoot GluttonCrapper and put it out of it's misery, it's obvious there's nothing of value to be seen, and they claim to be an "Evolution of Tabletop Games" or some shit like that. All we've heard is 100 or so pages of blahblahblah...yet from what *I* have heard is more like a handful dozen pagesof extracted Copy+Pasted source material and ripped off stat guides from other systems and Micah's original work, all mixed in with a load of bullshit filler. Again, the intro illuminated and exemplified that, and the art department doesn't seem to be that clued in, either. I suppose they thought Fallout just meant post-apocalyptic and thought nothing of the art styles. The editing staff appears to be wholly incompetent, as mere typos and fontsets are too much of a MEESTAREEY!

No, seriously, fucking put this shit on pause and get some perspective. The people at DAC, NMA, the Vault, TRA, and other sources have published Fallout material as faithful and steadfast as they could, for months and even years as a hobby to their jobs, and yet these asshats want to slap together the laziest shit and get PAID for it?

These people come in and do a spectacular failure of lacking attention to ANYTHING, while bastardizing the P&P version of a game that exemplifies P&P CRPG gameplay. Good job, guys at GC, you failed.

Or maybe you'll take this as the indication to start working and stop bullshitting. So far, you've earned an F. So did your webmaster, Chimpy the Space Monkey and His Amazing ClipArt Collection.

Not for the first time, I agree with Rosh.

There is nothing on that cover that reminds me of actual Fallout other than the "13", some leather, and the odd power armor. It's a bad design and should be scrapped post haste. Not saying the artists on the job are not talented, but it is obvious they have no clue what they are supposed to be doing. It's obvious the person designing the cover has never actually seen the cover of a book let alone the manuals from the Fallout games.

What is the fascination with the Copperplate font? Why is that their standard in regards to Fallout? If you're going to do something, do it right. This looks like something a 12 year old in 1995 might toss together to make their webpage look cool. Has anyone over there any sense of style? I've actually seen better layouts on webpages made by 12 year olds from 1995. Seriously. What is going on with the whole gradient thing?.....Man.

I'm just going to come out and say it...Give up. Quit now. It is obvious you're not taking advice on the subject and that you are in way over your heads. Your work is completely unprofessional and absolutely uninspired. Just give up. We don't want this.

No one would write such mindless dribble, put it on a yellow gradient-laden background and try to pass it off as they are reading from futuristic newspaper clippings. It's all one big stupid joke. I imagine there was a conspiracy among the FanArt mods to create this because the artists do have some talent, and then they had 4too remove some keys from his keyboard before they set him to typing.

Seriously, guys...Who's pulling this prank?

Since I had five minutes and can easily upload and approve stuff at NMA, I decided to convert this bloated pile of shit (3MB pdf) to merely a wad of shit (940kb png) and can still manage to convey every single bit of how crappy this work truly is. I would generally detest saying that an artist's work is shit, but the moron who came up with it completely neglected Fallout's styles, namely the two example pieces of cover art that it would have been cake to have ripped off. Which I conveniently linked on the d20 forum so they can finally do some proper research for the art style.

A P&P version begged to have a cover befitting the game and the style, and a comic styled cover would have been excellent and the most obvious choice than what looks like a member of the TSR reject pile. Hell, the d20 version might be worth something if you had someone with vision or even a clue of what they were doing with the material.

Too bad not that many seem to be interested in putting effort into this project. Maybe a couple, but not nearly enough, and it's no help when the editor seems to be a clueless tard from the social reject special ed room. It seems like less than an hour of work a day, or even a week, is going into this publication on his behalf. So I wonder how much profit from this he's planning on pocketing on other people's work, albeit misplaced as it is, though it is his place to make sure it is correct.
