Never read the book, but I just saw the film. Thought it was absolutely brilliant. Kind of a cross between Blade Runner, 12 Monkeys, V for Vendetta, and Saving Private Ryan.

I'll see it when it expands to wide release on friday. From the previews it looked like it was a bit dumb but I have faith in you KoC.

Thought it was pretty commonly known. Previews have been going overtime on TV around here.

Hope it wasn't as awful as y tu mama. That was like a spanish language American Pie that took itself seriously, truely a frat daddy's foreign film.

The title is awful, but the commercial made it look like something I should see. Maybe soon, but first I need to rent "A Scanner Darkly".

Pretty decent action flick, it's one of those movies where society has we know it seems to have gone down the drain, the main story is a bit rubbish tho.
*spoilers* The arrival at the prison and the bike chase were specially good *spoilers*

Familiarity is relative. From this we learn that D5it-m38 is long of leg, feathered (sans tar, perhaps) and fond of gritty children. We learn of impatience and unsound sounds, scratchings within. Do we dispute ? No.

The Proposition > Children of Men.

A lawman apprehends a notorious outlaw and gives him 9 days to kill his older brother, or else they'll execute his younger brother.

Fucking no way does The Proposition > Children of Men. Prop was good, but the other was better.
