I am Ghostrider

Look, Cage generally makes pretty entertaining movies but this one sucked. This is like his second dud in a row with wicker man supposedly being incredibly horrible. Some comics should just stay comics because once you start having flaming skulls with motorcycles you know you have a pile of shit coming. Even if the movie had been good the skull thing would of brought it down a few.

Also in the movie cage has a rock solid body. There is a scene were he comes out of the shower and he looks in the mirror and he has a mad ass six pack and buff muscles. It look like CGI to me and if it wasn't then of all the movies why would he get in shape for this one?

No supposedness behind it, it was. I think the Wickerman is like the only movie where I demanded my money back.

Wonder why they picked Ghost Rider when there are so many better comics out there.

Oh John Woo, why are your American movies so horrible? Couldn't you have stuck to giving Chow Yun Fat good acting work? Ofcourse he's doing Battle of Red Cliffs so maybe that'll change.

There have been few truly good movies latley.

The Departed was great, but ripped off from foreign films.

That was the most recent move Ive seen.

You must not have seen much foreign films lately if you think The Departed is the only good movie that came out in the past few weeks/months.

Flee the american theaters :aiee:

The Blood Diamond was a great movie. Hollywoodland was also really good. For some reason, people seem to be attracted to crappy movies. Most people would rather go see Ghost Rider when there are really great movies out there that never get any buzz.
Blood Diamond was definitely better than the departed
Adaptation is the only good Nicholas Cage movie.

I always thought 8mm was decent for a Cage movie. I mean any movie about and containing a snuff film automatically earns atleast a C from me.

Yeah, 8mm was mediocre.

Which makes it a GOOD cage movie.

I actualy dont mind Cage's acting, he just seems to do shit movies.

His movies aren't fantastic but they atleast have some entertaining appeal. I liked face off but I haven't seen it in awhile so maybe it was a puberty thing like iokus said. He was also in TEH ROCK which was a good movie. Then the past few years hes was in Lord of War and National Treasure. They weren't zomg awesome but you get your monies worth.
