Duck and Cover

Hey guys.

Where can I find some editing tools, esp for fallout 1.

So far I've come across only some hex tutorial, and I ain't touchin' that shit.

Also. I came across a really awesome mod for fallout once, that used the dialogue tree and right click menu or somesuch, to create things, such as NPCs, modify various aspects of the game.

Could anyone tell me what that was called again?

It was hella awesome.

I'm pretty sure you can't mod FO1, I've tried transferring all the data to the FO2 folder, but to no avail. The only option you have is to manually recreate the maps and scripts from FO1. I did the brotherhood of steel base and it only took like 48 hours.
