prelude to darkness

Post by johnnygothisgun »

maybe i was wrong about this game? im giving it another try and its pretty OK so far. i havent even played for a full hour but so far im liking the dialogue and character system, and it seems like youre invited to use your deductive skills to figure out what to do next in a quest line; the "i should go here/speak to him/her next" journal entries have yet to make an appearance

Prelude is quite possibly my favourite RPG. If I entertained favouritism. Pity about the bugs and instability, though. :drunk:

Looks pretty horrible alright. I think I'll wait for Age of Decadence instead.

On second thought, I'll wait for the official Codex review before the purchase decision. Those guys get it right most of the time.

Yes they do. As much as I dislike alot of the people over there, their reviews are pretty much always spot on.

I never played Prelude farther than the demo, didn't really grasp my entertainment lobe in my brain. Not bad, but missing.....something.

Dumb ? No, just willfully deprived of oxygen as an infant and as a child and as a youth and as a -

Pictograph tells me so.

Really, Grapefellow, the finer points of Prelude would simply

pass you by.

Might I suggest Halo ?

Migrating to warmer topics for just a moment, it is a shame that they didn't also release 1.6 into the ether. Less content, certainly, and less bugs with it. :drunk:
