Well. Not really, but if they break it up and sell Portal on it's own it will be worth it.

Yeah. Portal pretty damn cool, but not really that inovative as it seems to be.

The oldes FPS already had teleporters, the rest is just decoration and stuffing the shit into a gun and adding fency phys fx (tossing shit through the portals).

But yeah. Definetly gonna rock in GMOD for a while to piss off people by making their stuff they build disappear. Hehe... better than spawning large bins in and around their construction!!! :minge:

Isn't it gonna be a pain to play? You'll hop on teh internet and you'll have to play against a bunch of gook-americans who spend their whole day playing.

Portal = singleplayer = win. It'll be like HalfLife 2. Only actually good. Maybe.

episode 2 actually looks pretty gut to me. from the impression i get, there's a lot of exploring open environments and whatnot (highway 17 only a lot more so), which was the best part about the otherwise totally linear half-life 2. i look forward to it.

what exactly are your grievances with half-life 2 anyway? admittedly episode 1 was shitty and short, but i thought the original was pretty tight.
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.

Is Half Life 2 really linear? Then it might be a shooter for me. Half Life 1 was way too many puzzles and pathfinding for my liking. D:

Jesus. You could teleport stuff by throwing it into teleporters in goddamn Dungeon Master already.
Serious Business.

Yeah, but these portals are.. well.. actually portals.

It's some pretty amazing technology. Though I think prey may have beaten them to it.
