[STALKER] Fallout inspired Mod - Anyone interested?

I definitively have interest in doing one for real! And when nobody else does I at least will make some maps using Fallout locations!
My idea so far:
I'm thinking of some kind of endless game. You travel around on a Worldmap similar to the Fallout one with Keylocations, random encounters and special encounters. In the settlemetns you can sell and trade the stuff you've found during the encounters, buy new equipment and provisions , participate in quests or join a caravan.
The maps for the random encounters ar either generated randomly or taken from a palette of prebuild maps. Moreover I thought of extending STALKERs reputation system and assimilate it to the one Fallout offers(e.g If you have killed allot of innocents you get a bad reputation and people you'll met might not trade or speak to you or open fire once they've seen you. To what extent the skill system should be adapted I'm not quite sure yet.
One thing is obvious: We're going to need a team of lot of talented modders!
2D Artists
3D Artists
Coder
Textureartists
Mapper
and later people that write the dialoges
I can offer myself as a mapper in advance (I currently still suck at modelling).
...So what cha thinkin?
