What can we put in a campaigns, as in adult situations, videos,
and language, and still be posted? I just need to know so
I'm not wasting time on anything.

Eh, I don't think there's any limitation on what you can put into a campaign, as long as you "warn" people that there's some naughty stuff inside

As far as I'm concerned you can put anything in there that's appropriate to the story. All of the FO games are "M" rated and as such deal w/adult situation/themes, etc. Even the core campaign dealth w/things like rape (the Cold Water mission), drug use, etc. (Oh, let's not forget scatological humor, i.e. "shit jokes"...and jokes about Super Mutant boogers...) However, I wouldn't recommend using a scene from your favorite pron flick as a BINK movie.
Personally, I'm a big fan of understatement. I think it's better to have a couple of guards talk about how they raped a prisoner rather than trying to show them raping a prisoner.

If you think about it, all the walls and floors are nude. Unless they have carpet.

In which case you have to ask, "Does the carpet match the curtains?"

No, I'm not a naughty boy. I'm the messiah!

The above post is a gratuitous Monty Python reference, and fills OTB's daily requirement for such things.
