It's important to have a good breakfast. That's what I had today:

2 slices of dark rye bread with butter and smoked sausage. Feta cheese. Some salad.

2 coffees. 1 glass of orange juice.

Cashews. A banana.

I agree..
On the menu this morning:

12 dunhill cigarettes and a frozen pizza. my oven was broken. cold... so cold.

1/2 liter of coca cola and some housewife speed to kick out the jams.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this is more wasteland material..

67 slices of pizza
14 carpentry nails and a hammer
1 coffee mug (no coffee)
several pairs of shredded underpants served in a bowl with prune juice
a handful of change
1 boston kreme donut

wasn't there already another, better breakfast thread?

anyway today i had a BLT wif homemade mayo on focaccia, scrambled eggs, banana, oj, tea, coffee, duck and cover and some rap cds :salute:
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.

Since I'm a vegetarian, I ate a nice veggie filled pizza from my favorite pizza joint around here.

Animal fats are bad for you so I don't wanna hear any bullshit complaints with my diet. Adolf Hitler, the Fuhrer himself, was an avid vegetarian.

All the nutrients in eating a wide variety of vegetables make you very strong.

i woke up at noon and didnt eat until about 6 o clock, when i warmed up two slices of pizza from last week

i lift weights and run/jump rope pretty regularly, but my diet is pretty terrible, please help me dac

Cook your own shit. Eat lots of raw or slightly cooked veggies. Eat beef or kangaroo. Eat fish. Eat carrots and cabbage. Onions make you fart. Eat thunder. Shit lighning. Eat nuts, but not too many, eat a couple dried fruits to give the bowels some help. Drink a lot. Try to cook without fat, and if you have to use some, use olive oil. Don't drink too much milk.
Eat small portions of EVERYTHING. So you get full and still have a mixed variety of food in your stomache what makes digestion a real pleasure. :D

Or just eat BBQed steak and shut up. Also, drink beer. Mhmm... beer.... *drool* *to the weed go*

Eating too much meat makes shitting really painfull. It's like how buttsex must feel... and also from the inside, not from some black man who's behind me/you. Omg. Eating is so gay. :subhuman:

One bun with pumpkin seeds. One scone with raisins. One yoghurt with passion fruit and peach. One very, very bad, fizzy orange juice.

The day will consist of hanging at the library with my study group, writing our exams project due in a couple of weeks. I'm going to rape the coffee machine over and over and over again and in a couple of hours I'll convince the two others to find a bagel shop. Mmm, bagel with smoked salmon...

That's sort of hard to get here in DK. I encounter it quite rarely. Smiley might login and say otherwise, but that's my story and I'm sticking with it.

But it's true that coffee doesn't do the trick in the long run, sadly. But I sleep so goddamn badly these days, that I need coffee to keep awake during the long hours of construction of this darn project.

Guarana is pretty much legal everywhere. I see no reason why it should be rare. Just ask around.

Guarana doesn't seem to work for everyone, though, at least it doesn't for me. One gets the coffeine twitch after 20 capsules or so nonetheless

I support Tingel Tangel, energy drinks in general are not common in Denmark. Red bull and some other energy drinks are illegal and most others dont really sell.

Oh darn, I don't dare venture into New Reno - too many temptations, you know?

Other than that, I've found that caffeine pills work quite well for a short while at a time. But the overall problem with caffeine is that my stomach can't handle it. I've appearently, at the age of 19, managed to get myself a "mild" ulcer, so there are periods where I should just step away from the coffee machine, but can't get myself to do so because of the fricking time preassure on the project.

I guess I should go and ask around for some Guarana instead...


Edit: Yes, Red Bull is illegal. If someone has it, it's generally because they've taken a trip down to Germany to stock up on it.

We do have two Danish energy drinks, Cult and Burn, but to be honest, I don't really think they work all that well. They don't really sell too much, but that's one thing - whenever I drink one, I just don't get that energy buzz that I rely on to get me through the next couple of hours :anger:

mmmm... breakfast.

I stayed up all night drinking and for breakfast I opened up a can of turkey gravy and a can of SPAM.

I chopped up about 25% of the SPAM and added 25% of the can of turkey gravy, then I added a lot of black pepper and a pinch of garlic and a spoonful of oregano. I cooked it in a microwave oven and then ate it by scooping it up with Pringles, alternating with a pringle full of salsa and a pringle full of spam/turkey gravy.

Then I had a pickle.



For lunch: I think I will make a tortilla wrap with olives, dill havarti cheese melted together with horseradish white cheddar cheese, refried beans, shredded spring onion, romaine lettuce, and some julienned leftover steak that I put in a tupperware container 4 days ago with red and green peppers.
