That fallout 3 will include Perks. Lets speculate on what they will be like and name a few of our own creations.

Ill start:

Soil Eroder

When you have to go, you really have to go! Whenever you encounter an enemy you wet yourself to such a degree that you cause landslides which will defeat your enemies

You gain a 10% bonus to your sanitary skills with each level of this perk, and a 10% one time bonus to your laundary skill (you will need it)

Perk

Oblivion:

Everytime you walk around the wasteland the enemys will autoscale to your level, also those stupid long ass dialogues will be all replaced with 1 word, such as "Rumors?". The more often you shoot a gun, the more experienced you are with them, this goes for all weapons and also lockpicks.

You have no ammo. You get -5 IN and -999 CH and also a buttplug-shaped head. The game uninstalls itself and destorys the computer with a black hole.
