Fallout 3 Intro
[ Game -> Article ] - More info on Game: Fallout 3

Aussie mag Atomic Gaming has published a transcript of the opening to the Fallout 3 demo, which is purported to be the final opening sequence to the game. Have a look.

War. War never changes. Since the dawn of human kind, when our
ancestors first discovered the killing power of rock and bone, blood
has been spilled in the name of everything, from God to justice to
simple, psychotic rage.
In the year 2077, after millennia of armed conflict, the destructive
nature of man could sustain itself no longer. The world was plunged
into an abyss of nuclear fire and radiation. But it was not, as some
had predicted, the end of the world. Instead, the apocalypse was simply
the prologue to another bloody chapter of human history. For man had
succeeded in destroying the world - but war, war never changes.
In the early days, thousands were spared the horrors of the holocaust
by taking refuge in enormous underground shelters, known as vaults. But
when they emerged, they had only the hell of the wasted to greet them -
all except those in Vault 101. For on the fateful day, when fire rained
from the sky, the giant steel door of Vault 101 slid closed... and
never reopened. It was here you were born. It is here you will die
because, in Vault 101, no one ever enters and no one ever leaves

One of the guys on NMA did this:
How true."Game Development.
Game development never changes.
EA waged war to gather titles and franchises.
Blizzard built an empire from its lust for monthly fees and goldfarmers.
Rockstar shaped a battered Grand Theft Auto 1 into a console selling superpower.
But Game Development never changes.
In the 21st century, bidding wars were still fought over the intellectual property that could be acquired.
Only this time, the spoils of war were also its downfall.
Fallout and its historical accuracy.
For these resources, Bethesda would invade Troika, the development studio Interplay kept the rights to Fallout the MMO, and the gaming journalists would dissolve into quarreling, uninteresting previewers, bent on saying only good things about upcoming games.
In 2008, the storm of poor game development had come again.
In three brief years, most of the ideas of Fallout was reduced to a mockery of its former self.
And from the ashes of a game development devastation, a new civilization would struggle to arise.
A few were able to reach the relative safety of the large forum.
You were part of the group that entered No Mutants Allowed.
Imprisoned safely behind the large glittering gems of hatred, in a corner of the internet, a generation has lived wishing for a return of good game development.
Life on the forum is not about to change"

It's to bad that that is the only story line in the entire Game. From that point on it is going to be a FPS frag feast.

Better yet you CAN choose to stay in the vault where you live out all twenty hours of gameplay eating old C-rations and drinking stale water.

They should make a Fallout SimVault. I am not even kidding when I say that I would play it forever.

She ran away with a mutant (giant dick), your father went after your mother, and you chase after your father. In the end you all meet in an epic showdown very much like the end of the good, the bad, and the ugly. You secretly take the bullets out of your father's gun and you kill the mutant yourself. Then you hang your father and sleep with your mother.
There is a cutscene at the end where you and your mother jump into bed together and as the screen fades to black your mother says "....and I thought the mutant's dick was monstruous!" implying that your dick is much bigger than any normal human's. THE END
True story..

That's the twist. You have a small chance of a random encounter in the weed where you teleport into the past and have sex with your father, impregnating him proving that you are your own father and your FATHER is, in fact, your mother.S4ur0n27 wrote:How could you do that to your father?
