Well, I'm just kind of curious on how they're doing with their mapper... I can't seem to find an updated site, and all the outdated ones are in Russian...

WEll, I don't keep in touch with them, but from the BIS forums: this. And I'm not sure, but I think that this is the current website (at least it seems to be have been updated recently).

I live in Russia.. well, near Russia myself and I've heard that TeamX does not exist anymore. Anyway, these are unproven words... So, people say that they do not exist since they released New Year Mod...

They simply aren't very active. Dims, the maker of the map editor (and part of TeamX for a bit) is still quite ctive since we had 2 updates of the mapper... ABel updated the DB. And well, yeah, there's the release of the New Year mod...

I wish ABel would return here to update the decompiler DB
