It's some movie with some weird animation and the dude who works on it since 1981 made like 30 mins of it so far.

The Overcoat is a superb story.
Gogol is awesome overall. Even if you are not into classic literature, give him a try. His short storys are very easy to read and very enjoyable.
Besides The Overcoat and Diary of a Madman as mentioned by Susan, read "The Nose", it's another one of his classics.

animation heads have told me about this one before. it looks swell, wish i could see more of it than a 15-second long 150x100 pixel clip.
