Feed him jet on a Regular Basis
Plant Explosives on him and set the timer to 10 seconds
Bring Him to the Slaver cages tell him to wait inside them, and lock the doors on him
Any of these three Solutions will solve ANY Vic problems whatsoever
Pro Tip : I Left him in the Vault 13 Easter egg portal with dogmeat, He shall become the true gizmo!

I planted explosives on that little cunt in NCR once, unfortunately the designers did think about this so i got in shit with the townspeople. A little gauss ammo showed them who's boss.
