But today games are classed as art, but what they really are is just eye candy.

Art in gaming should be gameplay that inspires and makes people want to play it over and over again

Not 'Next Gen' peices of work where people try to make mainstream bullshit to make a bit of cash, its more about pleasing parents and kiddy console gamers now days then, with lack of a better word, us.
