well this site seems pretty active too, but I would like to know if the mods here are as strict as the 3 strikes youre out kind of deal over at no mutants allowed? I mean, do you have to be anti-fallout 3 to keep your account here?

Unwritten rules...Not really? Infact, there are almost no written rules to my knowledge, but I guess that depends on the mod you're dealing with. DAC pretty much accepts everyone provided you're not trying to be an unintelligent lout.

A good example of how not to behave can be found in a few of the Fallout 3 forums.
