Crysis warhead has 3x activation DRM. Therefore i will not allow any of my friedns to buy it, i have unfortunately already sunk my cash into a pre order. Therefore i am now going to boycott the game. I hope that warhead outshines EVERY OTHER TITLE when it comes to records for piracy.
I want every single one of you to steal yourself a copy of this game. I refuse to buy another EA product. I am not buying dead space either now. THis is fucking ridiculous. I flatly refuse to buy another product thaat is tainted with DRM.

EA is making that a new habbit to "curve" piracy. Fortunetly it has no effect in curving it. If anything, it encourages pirates as people are punished for buying the games.

It's not about the game, it's about the DRM, if they start this shit here, it will spread to other things.

Digital Rights Management I think.
It installs a specific type of spyware that informs EA online how many time you've activated your game-key.
Or that's a variant at least...
An example of music DRM would be that it prevents you from playing songs on anything else but itunes(purchased through itunes).

ya, but how do you play multiplayer without buying a valid cd key, and ive tryed lots of keyes taht were gened. None worked. its there a special way?? and ya, i download games i play singleplayer (SHOUDLD HAVE DOWNLOADED SPORE AND NOT HAVE BOUGHT, good game not worth 50 bucks).im am awaiting for GTA 4 so i can start downloading....
can any one tell me if there is a way to play multiplayer with cracked or whatever game...??

Warhead comes with multiplayer being a totally separate entity. Like in it is on another disk

That is generally the price you pay Oriah, if you pirate it the difficulty of playing it online increases to like x100.
I think thats part of the reason why blizzard is so successful. They make multiplayer an integral part of all their games so you have to actually own the game to play most of the game.

HAHA, yea i noticed that with Starcraft and etc. blizzard games, which is conflicting with my spending budget. I am not sure if i want to buy starcraft or not, but hey..there is multiplayer attached. And Shit, Spore damn it, I really fucking regret my waste of money, no multiplayer either. No more EA games for me for a while.
