Duck and Cover

It turns out Activision is making a game to coincide with the movie (I actually didn't know until I saw a video of it) and there's a demo available on the Internets.

Surprisingly, not shit. Basically, gears with a first person view point (taking cover is still third person) using the COD4 engine. Although, to be fair, the demo involves chasing a man who wont take damage when you shoot him in the head, and will slow down the pace if you take a break. Very Linear, very short, but still worth a try.

So basically - Rainbow 6 Vegas but with no team mates.

Cod4 has nice graphics and handling. Sounds like a fun game.

COD 4 looks like shit and is badly bump mapped.

The sad thing is that retards like you are blind.

The funny thing with games today is that the SECOND best looking game out so far is in fact dark messiah, and it is 2 years old. From a graphics point of view the only game that has made any headway is crysis.

Man are you retarded. Dark Messiah looks like shit just like you do.

The fact that dark messiah has an extra texture package made by the dev, and the fact that you have not seen this texture pack leads me to the conclusion that you are full of shit.

As far as i can tell I have the fastest pc on this forum, and in some places the game drops to 10fps. This is lower than what i get in crysis Having the lowest fraqmerate as 24fps on 24xAA and 16XAF at 1600*1200. And trust me, dark messiah is definetly better looking than COD4. The texture pack requires 2gb of ram minimum, and is only available on steam.

Oh an everything is normal mapped, and unlike COD metal does not look like polished plastic. And dirt does not look like polished plastic, oh, and people don't randomly glow around the edges, and there is more than 1 colour. And the ai is not brain dead. And there is no rap from a big fat kaffer in the game either.

What i think i am trying to say here is that you guys don't know what you are talking about.

A low framerate doesn't always mean better graphics Might be bad programming.

You can tell it is a good game when playing it gives you headaches.

But yeah, with the texture pack it looks pretty fucking sweet. But it killz your framerate.
