The "genius" behind the "flawless" game design of both Oblivion and Failout3 spoke as an expert on game design at the GDC today. Joining him were Suda 51 (Killer 7, No More Heroes) and Fumito Ueda (Ico, Shadow of the Colossus),

Eh, pretty goofy panel for "expert game design". Emil is not a good designer, "Suda 51"...well I found Killer7 pretty much the definition of pretentious nonsense, but Shadow of the Colossus was pretty awesome so I guess they were 1 for 3.
