History
On August, 2247, a broadcasting station was found northeast of Modoc. At first glance it appeared as though it had no value at all. During subsequent exploring activities I've brought to light a basement which contains old broadcasting equipment. It was repaired and assembled on the supporting aerial frequencies.
The signal strength is fair; I think it should cover the NCR territory, but that has to be proven by it's use.
Also, I've found a small collection of pre-war vinyl records. I can surely say that I have never heard anything comparable, the music is just outstanding, I was literally shocked.
The broadcasting station is running in a test mode. I think I'll put things in order next month and turn on the stand-alone mode.

Decoding the message
This is a working online radio broadcasts in the style world's fallout.
You may think that this station is another idea for one day, but I disappointed you, the station has been operating for almost a year and about half in the masses.

How to listen
There are three audio streams:
http://wasteland.spb.su:8080/radio.m3u (15.6 kB/s)
http://wasteland.spb.su:8080/w64.m3u (7.8 kB/s)
http://wasteland.spb.su:8080/acc.m3u (2.0 kB/s)
any one of them copy and pay for fuel for your music player (who understands the streaming audio)
For example it can be AIMP

Website
http://radio.fonline.ru
where you can view details about a project that is playing and the release of the news broadcasts.

Epilogue
The project was launched in grand style in the project FOnline.

real edit:
Also, post some nude photos of yourself.
This is, you know, mandatory here at DAC B)

another edit:
3rd track in and the shit is goood
What's the total volume/length of your 'radio'?
Is that a one-off playlist or will you make new stuff?

Your question will be answered with experts ;)
respond to our west friends - on the current moment approximately 45 days' continuous playback tracks are in rotation now. And it's only the first part of the HDD
And I as far as I understand from "first part of the HDD" expansion will be spent and further
