Audacity Help

Ok so I have made it my mission to restore and upload an old audio tape I have of Irish folk music.... About half of the songs on the tape are in good shape, but there are some where the sound in one of the speakers fades in and out through the whole song. In audacity I can cut out the left side of the audio and the song sounds great, but it only comes from one speaker... so what I wanna do is basically mirror the right side with the left side. I need to know how to go about that in Audacity.

I am also interested in knowing if it is possible repair the left audio.. that would be perfect.

Anyway, here is the first song I was able to up- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aOOnUbyCJJM

Any true Irishmen or just good citizens wanna help a brotha out?!

i meant just move it about quarter of a second left and add delay and echo then put amen break over it, bass boost anything below 200mhz and put the tempo up past a tasty 10%. You won't be able to regenerate missing noise, though with shit like noise removal and amplification you can clean up quite a bit.
