It's a cop movie starring richard gere as a cop whois character just wants to retire and get his pension, ethan hawke as a cop trying to make ends meet, and Don cheadle who is undercover and has no real life anymore. So basically it has 3 different story branches about these cops showing how hard it is in gangsta paradise. I don't really like the branching story line story telling much anymore and it almost feels kind of dated but I guess it's used alright in this film. There is a lot of good actors in the movie like Wesly Snipes who is finally in like a real movie and a lot of people from The Wire that you will notice when your watching.
Overall the movie was kind of slow but it was put together well and might interest you if your into cop drama's or whatever. The movie didn't really get much advertising and was the only new movie other than Alice In Burtonland.
