I have beaten the game and just accidentally repaired my brotherhood outcast power armor with the plain power armor that you get on the final mission. Just as I repaired it, I realized that the plain power armor not only looks better, has a better DR, but it also has a larger strength boost. So I killed two brotherhood members to get some more plain power armor. Not outcasts, just plain brotherhood. I want to start the Broken steel quests, but when I traveled to the citadel, everyone started attacking me. How long will it take for them to become friendly again?
Yeah, I will probably wait the plain 72 in game hours and that will probably reset it. Although last time I did that, it didn't work. Still need some help though.
Just wait for the new DLC that comes with the Invincibility Perk. They're releasing that perk especially because of how near impossible Fallout 3 was to finish.
well crap. I've got the 360 version, with two other saves, and just got to level 20. I've got broken steel that's why I need to know if they ever will be friendly again. I've got quests to do! I was able to finish the Scribe Bigsley assigned quests without anyone attacking me, but whenever I go to the citadel, they all attack me. The strange thing is though, I ran into some brotherhood members while I was walking around the wastes, and they were friendly.
You don't get it.
Even if there is a shitout 3 forum here we hate everything about it, its garbage, its not Fallout worthy and when people come and ask questions it is legally allowed to bash them into pieces. Just like Bethesda bashed the entire Fallout franchise into pieces.
Now get understanding or get the fuck out.
Do these glasses and my two chins make me look sexy?

Don't know if you noticed, but Fallout 3 is so poorly made that it's possible to get to a state where you can't complete it - that's where you find yourself now. Regardless of whatever franchise number is on the box or whatever sequel number is behind it, that's just extremely bad design.
The first two Fallout games didn't have any of this essential NPC bullshit and the only thing stopping you from finishing the main game was something that ended the game somehow - like wiping out your start location.

I dont mind games that make it impossible to finish, but it should be as a result of the player being a cunt at some point, not bad programming.
But in any case, I do salute your very high boredom threshold. Good work.
