Oh. My. God.

The article, despite the name, is not really about Rihanna. It's about Milton Bradley games being turned into movies - apparently Battleship is being produced by Micheal Bay, Monopoly is being directed by Ridley Scott, and some other dude is doing Ouija boards.

I hope this is one of those joke articles that enterprising individuals occasionally inject into AP's system.

If Monopoly The Movie turns out anything remotely similar to the game I doubt they'll ever finish it.

Am I the only one who read the title of this thread and immediately "It's Diiiiiiiiiiiiiiippppppp!!!!!" with the red eyes and black hat and trenchcoat? (Hint - Christopher Lloyd)

I haven't seen Who Framed Roger Rabbit in at least a decade. There's no way in hell I would have caught that.

Wow, Hollywood is really scraping the bottom of the barrel and bending over for corporate sponsorship at the same time. Like the ubiquitous product placement in some movies weren't bad enough.

You can't possibly make a movie about the game. But you know they're going to shoe-horn in the cliches to pander to the fucking mouth breathers who would line up to see this shit. "You sank my Battleship"
OMFG insied joeks I get it!

I had nightmares over the scene w/ Lloyd walking forward with the saw blade, crazy look in his eyes. Though those nightmares didn't last long after I saw the brain-sucking scene at the end of Starship Troopers.

I also saw Predator 2 at about 5 years old, but that didn't seem to phase me at all.

Because Predator's can bleed, which means we can kill them. I really can't think of movies that scarred me for life, besides It, which to this day has me afraid of clowns. Although now its less actual fear but more of a suspicious feeling in my gut that they'd steal my kidney the first chance they would get.

I'd pay good money to see Monopoly, just to see how they manage to cram "Go to Jail. Do not pass GO. Do not collect 200$." in it.

That and Free Parking.

I want them to make a movie based on Uno.

Uno was originally played with a regular deck of cards and was called Fuck Your Neighbor. 2 is draw 2, 7 skips, 9 reverses, jacks are wild and jokers are draw five and wild.

If my extended family playing it every Sunday is any indication, an Uno movie would end with an enraged mass murder of the other players.

I once punched a kid out in school cause he didn't say Uno and claimed victory.

Playing it with a regular deck of cards is harder and leads to a lot more bad feelings.

Also, instead of saying Uno, you knock on the table.

Imagine a movie based on scrabble. Block buster shoot em up of the year!

Starring Nicholas Cage and sean Connery. A quest to find the missing letters, words will be made, and blood will be drawn.

Scrabble: Wicky Wicky Wild Wild Wisconsin
