i used to use bleach to wash my hands as i thought it was a better alternative to soap but then my hands and fingernails went really white and i kept getting diarrhea

Our garbage can had maggots and like a cess pool on the bottom where the maggots were spawning I think so I would pour bleach in it to kill them. It created like a smell of bleach and shit. I finally cleaned out the garbage can with a hose and stuff and the smell seems to have gone away but now our yard waste bin needs to be cleaned and flies are going after it instead of the regular garbage.

maybe you could try pouring petrol in it then set it on fire like back in vetNAM
ive forgotten to take the bins out for 3 weeks running so outside smells like cat shit and rotten food now also my neighbours keep using my bins for there own nefarious purpoises but i digest i actually took the bins out last night lets hope it was collection day
