Duck and Cover

Retired Extremely Dangerous(RED) is a movie with Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich, and that older woman. It's about these retired assassins and pros who get dragged back into the scene because of something, supposedly it's based off of a comic by Warren Ellis.


The movie was alright had some decent action with out any major shaky cam and there was one pretty well done fight scene and the gun fights are pretty good because they totally unload clips into everything. The movie has a lot of good cast members in it and they all do pretty well together but the story is fairly cliche though that isn't always bad. In the theater I recognized one fellow movie going couple which was this fat mom and her kid and the mom is always telling her son to shut up like when he said "hey that is dexters dad" but she laughs at every attempt at humor in the movie. I can't recognize if the mom is really horrible or the kid is but I'm leaning towards the mom I hope this was helpful.

I might recommend this movie only if you expect that it has everything; action, romance, comedy and stuff. If you only go in for the action you will probably be put off by the rest.

I have always enjoyed the work of that older woman.

Sometimes when I'm in a dark place I install Hitman: Bloodmoney just so I can stalk women.

I liked it. Silly but fun, and the effects and fight scenes were great.

Only got a chance to see this yesterday. It was better than I was expecting. It's a standard Bruce Willis comedic action movie, which is a good thing.

Might see this one. Also Retlaw go see The unstopable. A bit more serious but it has some good comic relief in it. Great action and great shots.
