Fallout 1 In Windowed Mode?

Fallout 1 In Windowed Mode?

Is there any way to play Fallout 1 in windowed mode? I've searched around and there apparently IS A WAY, but it's a complete mystery to me. It doesn't help most old Fallout fans seem to be Polish and have a tenuous grasp on the English language, and even more tenuous servers.

So give it to me straight now. That's how I like it.

I can easily find methods for Fallout 2, but cannot find any for Fallout 1. It seems nobody gives a shit about Fallout 1 or something. I really want to play it in a window. A lot.

What Version of Fallout1 are you using?

If you are using the DOS version, try DOSBOX.

If the windows executable, try looking for a DirectX windowing utility.

Let me know if those don't work or if you need some more help with this.
