Bethesda loses again again

<p>I never realized how convoluted the American court system can be until Bethesda sued Interplay. Bethesda has lost yet another round in the lawsuit. Interplay has won in the court of appeals for the second injunction, which, according to our source, is "massive." I'll spare you the massive legal jargon and head straight for the meat of the ruling:</p>

We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process</em></p>

<p>There is a trial by jury scheduled for 12 December, so we'll see what comes of that.</p>
