New Reno....NO

allthough (I never tried this myself) they might work/help ya in NCR where that long hair dude is in the locked room behind the midget trader guy. Well he is a professional gambler and you can roll dices with him....pretty hard to beat him too.

Try it!

If you're not going to contribute, don't dig up old threads. Let them die.

that's an interesting question...maybe with some metal which gives aditional weight to a certain side.. so it allways drops on it

no shit

but please... ponder upon it a bit... what do loaded dice contain (you know... they actually do exist)

Some kind of a simple weight on the side of 1s, to get "Snake Eyes" every time? :-P That's what I think.

If they were "on the side of 1s," then they would come up sixes.

Loaded dice either have a small lead weight inside in such a way it favours one side coming up.

Or they are microwaved (yes microwaved) in such a way that the dice always come up a certain way.

That is two ways of 'loading' dice.

Some idiots just paint sixes and fours on every side though

That makes sense.
That's what I assumed, too.

I haven't gotten that far, yet.
Are the loaded dice rigged to win or lose?
Loaded by me or the casino?
If they are good for me, I'll keep an extra good lookout for em.

What guy? What door? Please be more specific next time.

If you're talking about Westin, the guard will let you in if you have accepted the quest to deliver a holodisk from Vault City. I think you also can get in if you've helped Sheriff Dumont, I don't remember exactly.

He means the door behind the trader in NCR.

I think that you ask about work, then say is there other ways to get money, and if your gambling is high enough you can go back there.

I'm also pretty sure there's a karma requirement. My goodie-two-shoes characters were never able to get in there.

Nah, just ask the right questions. No karma-limit here. Just got in with my +1700 Karma, 100% gambler character.
