Light enteties

Are light enteties unmoveable with triggers? Or am I just doing something wrong?

You should be able to move them or you can trigger the script state to turn them on or off. Are you talking about the light effect or the light object? The light effect is the hexagonal solid looking thing and the light object are things like chandeliers, light bulbs, and burning trash barrels. Light effects should be moveable like I mentioned.

Make sure you've Tagged the light entity and have a waypoint entity tagged:

CONDITION:
blah blah blaaaaahhhhhh

ACTION:
Move Unit 'Moving_Light' to 'Light_Destination'

In this example, Moving_Light is the Tagname of the light entity, and Light_Destination is the Tagname of the Waypoint entity.

You might not wanna Tag the two the same thing - I've had problems with that (i.e. Move Unit 'Bob' to 'Bob').

And if I can break my crazy lazy head to it, this weekend ill release a SP map!

Some more questions might arise in this thread so pls check back :-). Since this is the first time ive gotten to the finishing parts of one of my maps, its the first time I actually get to fuck around with triggers, but my im a relativly fast learner so tis ok.
