Clever and entertaining, highly recommended. Excellent Hotline Miami-esque soundtrack. Nuanced acting. Killer Joe by way of Drive.
YES IT'S ALREADY OUT.

Plot sounds very similar to this other fairly recent movie, where an Iraq vet shows up at this woman's house claiming he was best buddies with her brother. Long story short, he infiltrates their household, becomes her kid's best friend, makes enemies with her ex husband and manipulates the woman into falling in love with him.
Then bam, comes the pretty obvious twist, that he just found her photo some time during the war and stalked her out because he had nothing else to do. The woman goes haywire, there's a bit of action and then they smoothen it together iirc. Actually, that too was a remake of an older b&w flick about post WW2 and France and some shit.
Going by the trailer, this is the same thing only jacked up to 99000, with some psycho-killer special gov project, kill everyone blood on the walls type of deal. I'll def. check it out.

YOUR BLOOD IS SINGING. AGAIN.
Would likely enjoy an Erin/'David' showdown in the vein of Freddy vs. Jason, except not horrible, awful, dreadful shite.
