Truth be told I bet Iceland would have come out relatively unscathed in a nuclear scenario. They probably would have fallen back to pre-industrial infrastructure, being as isolated as they are, but would have remained largely intact.

Amis here asking the REAL questions! But anyways, this is really the kind of stuff that would be cool to explore in spin offs. If only Tim Cain & company actually wrote something go off of in regards to what the Post-War world of Fallout looks like outside of America, they had something for Russia I think, but nothing too concrete to really be "additional lore" so to speak.
