What Fo2 bugs do you know that can be exploited?
I know only this one with "here and now" perk and upgrading NPCs to max level.
Are there any more profitable bugs?

Here and now and NPC level up?
Well there is the stealing of the holo disk of the NCR guard, and returning it(very cheap)
and in the unpatched version(only did it in there) you can talk to the drug dealer in the den (the one you get the locket from) and you can talk to him in a certian way that he gets tons of money in his inventory, then you can steal it (also very cheap)

Once, when i fought a bunch of raiders, one of them had a limitless amount of money

I'm not sure if this works only in the unpatched version or not, but here goes:
When you sell the ore in Broken Hills you can keep the ore to yourself and sell it again and again.

Didn't you know? There is very nice bug, when you take "here and now" perk. You don't gain one level but about +1/3 of your current level (if you have 12'th, you will end up with 16). When you cancel it at the main char screen, you will lose these levels, but your NPC's won't. Repeat this operation until all of your NPCs gain max exp level.
At least in unpatched version.

Well, you can just keep going into the mine locker and getting more ore to refine.

Don't know if it's a bug, but if you want lots of exp and bad karma early in the game, join the slavers in the Den and go to slaver runs and keep killing all the slaves in every run, they don't count as completed slave runs so you can do it as many times as you want. Only for evil characters(obviously).

Yeah, but Sulik is the strongest NPC that you can have, i'd rather keep him. I usually get enough exp points killing all the slavers, and freeing the slaves (Metzger - 2000exp, Slaves-500exp, all-about 1000 exp = 3500ep points+lots of equipment + 1000 caps from Becky - nice for the begining, isn't it, just take psycho and go ahead.)
Just remember to steal jet and psycho from two of the slavers or kill them at once, since there is a very unpleasant bug - if one of them takes smth, all the slavers seem to be affected by that drug.
But if smbd wants to be VERY bad...

When the car runs out of feul right at somewhere in the map, you won't be able to retrieve it back.

I never had trouble killing any of the slavers regardless of their drug usage... I doubt that whole "all of them take it" theory but I can't really disprove it. As a general rule of thumb, always steall all drugs before attacking an ennemy when you can. And while at it ammo so they can't reload and weapons when you can.

Keep talking to the ghoul refinery guy. If you keep selling it back to him you get $1500 every time.

Haven't tried in the unpatched game, but when this happens in a patched game you get a "Car Outta Fuel" location on your world map.

I think he meant if the car runs out of fuel over a location already on the map (say over the den), you won't be able to reach the car out of fuel location sine the other location is on top of it.

Anybody know why the caravan engine is all bugged up? Also, when I leave the map after an encounter with the caravan, I can't rejoin. Can anyone help me with this?

Yeah, sure - just another annoying bug that always pisses me off. There's no solution this time however - just save your game before you join the caravan, if it happens then reload the game.
As for the slavers in the Den. I've worked out some very easy way to wipe them out.
:
- Make all the Lara's quests first, try not to let too many of them be killed.
- leave Sulik in the church or nearby - otherwise, he will be extremely annoying.
- start a fight with slavers at the distance.
- run away to the church
- Lara's gang will do most of the dirty work and you get normally xps for that, just like they're your team.

I prefer going in there with a SMG and a shotgun (Preferably Metzgar's one), then simply kill them all one by one. It's much more fun then letting the gang do it for you.

I found a bug involving sulik, and possibly any NPCs not on your team
I was killing the duntons, blocking their doorway, and the whole town was after me. sulik was one of the first to make his way out of Buckners (sic).
he was not on my team (Im a slaver) and he had the red outline. when i shot him however, He gave me some message which he says when he is hit by friendly fire, and suddenly had a green outline. In all subsequent turns he was going after the women and children in the town, and they eventually all killed him
Im sure that if i made it out of town he would have counted as being on my team which wouldnt make any sense
im gonna have to try it again and get him out alive, so he can join his sister...

Nah, at least I always lost the car (forever) in the unpatched version if it ran out of fuel in middle of the Wasteland and I had none to refuel it... It was really annoying to loose it just a mile away from San Fran, where you could've bought all the fuel you needed... Damn it.

I'm quite sure the patch fixed all that since you get the "Car outta fuel" location when this happens...
An weird thing you can do is stock items on that map... Refuel the car then run the car to the other side of the map and make it run out of fuel again...
Internally the game uses the same map all the time, so object's you've dropped will remain there :)
This is another location I like to leave Myron in (in addiction to the oil tanker), as given I do need his services again I can always find him :D

Cool... I guess map-teleportation counts as bug exploiting :P
