So... Who do you think is the most evil of all evil gits in Fallout 2? There certainly is a good selection.
I reckon that it's the Mordinos, as they have their grubby little fingers in every pie possible. Gits.

In my opinion the most evil guy is Senior Council Member McClure, he just says things to win elections and stuff, claims to care about even ghouls, but it is he that encourage VC to take over Gecko! :x

A) Frank Horrigan is just doing his job.
The enclave is evil, but only because they're living in the past.
C) Lynette had a bad upbringing, she's not totally evil.

The hubologists on the other hand are fairly wacko.

And ive been known to do some very bad things to bad people in Fo2 (I made new reno disappear off the face of the map once, and got the ending sequence to actually be different...)

Lemme See:

*Ive killed everyone in gecko for reasons such as greed over their assault rifles.

*Ive killed everyone in new reno because they're all evil (but only after going to sierra army depot - grabbing a plasma rifle, and having the little gremlin in the basement of new reno arms turn it into a t. plasma rifle).

*Walked into navarro and killed every living soul in it - three times (the last time I got killed).
*killed everyone in arryo after I got the car (left elder alive so game didnt end tho).
*killed every living thing in broken hills.
*Killed everyone in the NCR.
*Killed everyone in Vault City (starting with lynette)
*Killed everyone in redding
*Killed everyone in klamath falls (and sulik too)
*Killed everyone in the den
*Raped the girl in modoc, then killed everyone in town.
*Killed all the deathclaws in Vault 13 and took the geck.
*Killed every single living soul in San Fransisco after transporting fuel to the tanker, took the arms dealer's weapons & ammo, and fled town.

Well, he did say that he killed everyone in New Reno. That means he killed Algernon too.

The Vault Dweller is more evil cos he didnt leave his weapons for me. If he did, I would have been the evilest 7 years old with Power Armor in Arroyo.

You know what? I've never cheated my character and killed everyone in arroyo. I'll have to do that now.

Sad to say, I fell for that one. I started a game and killed every living things on sight in Arroyo, and when I move out in the travelling map, suddenly that dream sequence appear and say something like: "The village dies, all our hope dies with it...." and the game just ended like that, showing me the picture of my bones, but the game didnt say anything and boot me out back to the main menu.

I guess evil sucks :roll:

Well, the kick is, that you must kill everything OUTSIDE Arroyo to be a real evil :twisted:

if you kill everyone in Fallout 2 (xcept those in Arroyo) and grab that "Karma Beacon" perk, I've heard that you can get your karma as low as -6000. also, considering the fact that the mista president intends to unleash a lethal poison upon the rest of humanity, (muties, woteva) i voted him as most evil. fairly obvious, i think.
