i wish to decompile a .dat file

and since fallout uses .dat files, i was wondering if anyone has a program he can recommend, that can do it...

It only got up recently I think. I have the advantage of searching for FoT or other files so I find out about it sooner than others.

not sure if this is the right place, but....
