Ways to get much money or ammunition ?

hi, I'm stuck in a mission, because I have almost no ammunition and no money to buy new. Is there a way where I can get some. Maybe a cheat ? I know cheating sucks, but the one with the "encounter zones" and infinte items doesn't work since the patch, but it would be very useful :/ well, please answer me. thank you

My only suggestion is to sell everything you don't think you're ever going to use -- either ever or anytime soon. Candidates might be poison antidotes, rad-x's/rad-away's, etc. Just don't sell any ammo :mrgreen:

Or, you could wander around the wasteland near where you can fight Super Mutants -- grab their SAWs and Rocket Launchers and sell 'em!

The same principle applies to wherever you are -- Just fight random encounters and try to conserve ammo (or recruit some Deathclaws to rip 'em up without using any ammo at all), then loot the corpses and sell, sell, SELL!

There is a way... one that I stumbled across a while ago. If you find someone who can gamble, do so. Put everything you want in thier area but nothing in yours. Keep clicking the gamble button and it will give you all the items for free

saves money and gets you loads of ammo.

hehe thanks,... deathclaws rippin the enemys is pretty cool. the thing is I'm stuck in the mission where I have to kill the beastlords and find out how the DCs are controlled :/

and I'll check out the gambling stuff. thank you !

If you find your running low on cash, go back and visit previous lvls, and just take EVERYTHING, that isn't glued to the floor.

Try changing your tactics as well. Develop the habit - sneak up behind
enemy and put both barrels of shotgun/burst from AK into back.
The game gives a major damage bonus against an enemy who is unaware
of you - so - more damage per round - less ammo used.
Some people prefer a burst from an autoshotgun, but I find that in the
early game two rounds shotgun kill the target 99% of the time.
The AK burst is less reliable - about 80% - but 762 is far more common
than shotgun shells.
The sneak&shoot method also has the benefit that the oppo don't get
to waste ammo shooting it at YOU!

...Or just play as a pacifist - sneak sneak sneak complete the main objective sneak sneak sneak exit the mission with two or three victims under your belt.
