Is it possible to make new guns for FOT from scratch or from already existng model, even move some from F1 and F2 to FOT, if so has anyone done that?
Why does the character always hold the same gun fx. You hold a FN fal but he/she holds a M16 also when you hold a plasma rifle, this very annoying

There are different classes of weapons that the character appears to be holding; assault rifle, minigun, submachine gun, pistol, etc. It's not really possible to make them for each and every weapon and this is not really too noticeable. All of the weapons from Fallout have been adapted for FOT and can be downloaded here or at NMA.

Hi, Yfar and welcome to the boards.
If you're asking for what is visible in the character, what JJ86 said stands.
If you're looking to change the appearence of weapons in inventory, you could do that with Spray.

There is quite an abundance of files here to use Spray however. You'll have to search back for most of these though...sorry!
