WOOOOOOOO!!!! I finally became captian of the gaurd in VC. I heard about it awhile ago but could never do it. You get a G11 and cheaper rates at all the shops in VC (like they have anything useful).

Damn there was something else that I wanted to put in here as well. I'll post it when remember it.

It's somewhere in the FOB. Dig it up yourself.

  • Get holodisk (or whatever) from Bishop's safe
  • Get log book from raiders
  • Get holodisk from Westin
  • Suck up to her by calling her "First Citizen Lynette" all the time
  • Give all three items to her and voila.
For further sucking up details go for the FOB.

Oh yeah I remember now what it was. When you talk one of the buckner chics she says that suliks tribe was to the south west of Klamath. Where's that?

Although there are still occasional primitive villager encounters along the coastline. My guess is that Sulik's tribe was going to be somewhere on the coastline north of Navarro, but they didn't have the time or inclination to put it in and forgot to remove the encounters.

Yeah add to the list of unfinsihed stuff. As much as I want Fallout 3, I think a really good way to go would be to make an expansion pack that FINISHED all the messed up stuff in Fallout 2.

The tribal village was not the only location 'missing' from Fallout 2. The EPA and the Abbey remain undone. The Den would obviously have had a third part of the town but it was left out of the game. The Hubologist spaceship interior was not finished either. The fun thing is, you can still access them. :)

Heh, that's cool. BTW could somebody give me a step by step way to get the grave plates for the car? I've never gotten them before.

Captain of the guard rocks. I mean i played the game for a couple of years and last time i still had a surprise left. 8O VC assholes telling "sir, yes sir" - that's something you have to love.

Thanks. Now another question who's answer escapes me. How do you finish the Jet quest? I've already talked to Myron about it. Now what?

...:

i think you need to become a citizen. talk to the people in Reno about jet (mordino's) and myron. talk to the people in redding (i think) and then go talk to the doc in VC's vault. he should ask for a sample.

oh, and when you talk to myron you need to be richeously scientific and talk to him about a enphetamine blocker or something. then you can take the cure to redding and give it to the doc there to break redding's jet ties with reno.

at least i think thats how i did it.

There are three ways to get some Jet Antitodes:
  1. Buy it in SF... I know it's lame but I'm not the one who coded the city...
  2. Talk to the doctor in Vault City, give him some Jet and he'll prep up the antitode
  3. Talk to Myron about and convince him it's possible and then talk to the Dr in Vault City to get him to make some.
Then bring it to the Doc Johnson in Redding. Once you return to the city after that all the junkies are now normal people and the city is thus handed to Vault City (regardless of who you gave the excavator chip to).

Note that the quest item in the New Reno quest list does NOT get crossed!

I guess it's a good idea to talk to the doctor and do the quest with bringing him jet and do everything with Myron later. It's possible, i did it last time, i guess inventing the cure takes the doc a couple of months, you just need to talk to him about endorphine blockers before he makes it. Obviously you get more xp this way doing 2 quests instead of just one.

I'll try that. And that solves another of the questions: who to give the excavator chip to.

I always give it to the NCR-chick... Though I guess it doesn't matter a shit when I complete the Drug Antidote-quest. :P

If you extort from the doc in VC, do you still get the antidote?
