I'm posting here this mostly so that I don't accidently lose the data on my own harddrive and so I don't have to do the research all over again even though it wasn't hard.

The command line for the VS preprocessor is this (VS7 anyway):

CL /P /C /Fx /u /D__DEBUG /TP %1.SSL
This is in hopes that one day the compiler for Fallout1/2 is released (which is possible - I asked CA about it).

You can always use this to compiler Klingon Academy stuff but um... Who cares on this forum :)
