Well, it ain't exactly Fallout, its based on an old GURPS pen and paper RPG called Cyberpunk 2.0.2.0. But it is post apocolyptic and if you don't mind the errors and/or cheesiness (I did write it about 5 or 6 years ago) it snot that terrible.
