Multiple FRM files help!

I was wondering if there is a bmp to frm coverter that will covert multiple bmp into one frm file :roll: .
But i can't find one, the BMP2FRM program on DAC says it does (Note in DAC's download section) but i can't figure out how to.
If there isn't one will someone help out and make one please DO!!
It would be so much easyier to mod the games grafix and amins!!

Have you tried cause i can get it to work? And does it us animated or the N NE E SE S SW W NW directions?

gif2frm convert animated gif into animated frm. But this frm will be onedirectional.
If You need multidirectional FRM You can catenate 6 FRM in one multidirectional with
FRMCAT

what program can i use to create animated gif? tried photoshop but it doesn't handle gif files. i'm thinking of creating custom animations.
theres so much work to be done to create just 1 single frm......

Animation Studio (from the Paint Shop Pro guys) -
www.jasc.com.
Note that you have to be careful and make sure it doesn't try to optimize the GIF and whatnot or it'll screw up...

Photoshop comes with Adobe Illustrator, which makes gif animations...
help.....

i got the gif animation down already. but the problem now is converting it into frm. i tried using gif2frm but i can't get it to work. i ran it in dos like this= ( c:\animate\gif2frm.exe file.gif ) but it doesn't give me the frm needed. advice appreciated. hope somebody can come out with a utility that does all these.......

If program said : "Can't translate color table" You need use -d=Value or -n options.
It occurs because the program cannot find nearest colors from Fallout palette.
