"Player's Perspective"

This is designed to be a "Player's eye-view" of a fictional area of the Wasteland. I'm not sure wether this fits in with Fallout's setting, but I made it to be a "Wasteland" area.

I used the latest version of TerraGen, a terrain renderer.

The program can be found here: www.planetside.co.uk/terragen
And is a free download.

Tone down version is in the works. Supposed to be that way because the nuke's ability to break up the geography munged up the terrain.

looks more like Tribes mountains, they were bloody great anthills too.

BTW, is that a nuke or a sunrise?

Damn that light's bright, you can feel the heat from here. : ) The mountains are too round though, I don't think a nuke would affect the landscape like that, maybe a californian plastic surgeon but not a nuke. : )

Other than a crater, if the nuke was one of those designed to burrow underground, I don't think a nuke would affect the landscape in that way especially not an airburst. A nuke might start off earthquakes in which case the terrain would more likely to be more jagged.

Otherwise looks good.
