Your colouring has improved since the first ones you posted here.
I'm referring to the anime-styled katana-chick:

You've added a lot more shades and that's what impresses me most.
The details you've added, like the flashbangs on her side, and the belts
add that "this-is-just-about-as-realistic-as-it-would-get" feeling!!

I believe that you alone are the judge of your creations. If you are happy with your art, then it is good enough.
