If you have mirrored shades on you can go, "Like my snazzy sunglasses?" or something along those lines and he gets all huffy.
But I don't know if he serves any special purpose.

My device: A good ganster is a dead ganster, ie you should kill them all (w/t exclusion of the devout puritans, as killing them will only yield bad karma), and turn to pillage after the onslaught.

They are based on an AI that has decived both us, the players, and the makers! Like some sort of virus! They look small and cute but the inside and their intentions are not like that! Evil I tell you!
When I played F2 today, they assumed that i drank my own pee because i had a Power Armor! I will kill them any second now......Little b**tards...

K, -detached from ideologic motives- i dont c any reason not to kill them, as they are a bunch of smelly redneck inbred anyway, and their religious "taunts" annoy me to no end also, providing even more reason.
