Betrayer

Why th he*l do I keep getting this?

I play every mission by the letter, I don't kill good people, I do the little side quests inside missions, I brought 4 Fusion Batteries from Preoria and I didn't destroy any equipment in the raider camp.

And I'm a betrayer. Why?

Hmmm...well, you say that you don't kill "good" people, but do you let them get killed or leave them behind? If Ripley is still in her cell at the end of Mission 2 that's a 200 pt. Rep hit, which is fairly heavy. Since you're bringing the 4th Fusion Bat. out of Preoria I'm assuming you're not letting Tribals die, but if you are that's a Rep. hit, too.

I found that once you get to be a negative rep, it's very hard to get back up, but it's very easy to fall down from a good rep quickly.

Are you sure you didn't kill the tribal Nanuk in mission 3 when you encounter Daisy???, this guy almost all the time gets in the way or crossed fire and get's killed. It has happened to me but i discovered only after i when to the bunker that my rep was set on betrayer

I didn't kill Nanuk, I saved the woman in mission two and I got the Betrayer before the Preoria. There a few tribals died, but I still got the extra fusion battery, but as I said I got the betrayer before that.

If any of the tribals die you're not supposed to get the extra fusion battery. I think your game is just screwing up.

The game has to screw back at the switch, which controls the turrets, as I didn't keep it switched to external turrets even near 10 secs and still a few tribals died. But I got the Fuushyon Bats.

if you dont mind my asking, how on earth do you finish preoria without *any* tribal casualties?

You one guy at the last switch as the switchman.
Enter combat mode, pull the switch, move your squad through that door, pull the switch again, repeat at next door....

Or, if you're playing in CTB, you have 10 seconds after throwing the switch before the turrets become hostile toward the tribals. You have to coordinate getting past turret positions by leaving one person at the switch like Warlord mentioned.

Buuuut!!! If you wanna have tons of Micro Fusion Cells, you buy a hella of a lot Power Fists and grenades. When you come near a turret, press enter to go into turn based, throw grenades at the turrets and move in to melee with them and then beat them down with Power Fists. It is recommended that you use a sniper guy shooting the sensors? of the turrets at all the time.

I got near 7k Fusion Cells from Preoria once the turrets were killed (the ones inside the base). :D

To save Darwin_187 some effort, I'll post his solution:

Overdose the turrets w/drugs. Pump 'em full of enough drugs and they will die, leaving you w/heaps o' MFCs.

Do the turrets on the surface have the same amount of batteries as the one inside?? I destoyed most of the turrets inside and always got 600+ batteries from them, however the 3 on the surface have only 50 when i stole them. If you destoy them you get 600+?

Yep, that's the drill. You gotta kill them to get the goods.

Is it true that when you leave the tribals at the surface at the mercy of the turrets their encampment is littered with you get a reputation hit for this?

Yes, it's true. The hit is -100 Rep if even a single tribal dies.

Here's a good way to stop the tribals getting killed:
The turrets always shoot the closest thing so, put one of your characters next to each of the three surface guns, equip Neosteads on burst or power fists( You can find Neosteads in abundance on Citizens but dont kill them youself let Radscorpions do it), get another guy to flip the switch and blaze away/punch away at the turrets!
Tada 1000+ Micro Fusion Cells and no dead tribals
But there is one downside: The xp gained is minimal (i think its about 30-35!)
