Paladins?

Post by spyder07 »

I just reinstalled FO and here's some things I still don't know.

Is there a way to become a paladin with BOS? And what is it that Talus will give you when you get enough expeirience? Is there anyway to into the supply room without killing everyone?

I'm trying for an evil character, so is there anything evil you do for the brotherhood?

The answer to all of your questions is: No. As far as I know, anyway.

BTW, that room has some wicked stuff in there, including 1 (or is it 2?) suits of Power Armor, plenty of stimpacks, and the useless Power Armor manuals (which most people think are just in FO2).
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.

I've never been able to get into the supply room. Whenever I've gone to open/unlock it combat has started so I couldn't use my unlock skill

You can (1) sneak or (2) use an electronic lockpick on the door, as this works in combat.

Obviously, you'd have to kill them first.

They're alot easier to kill when you just steal all their weapons and ammo :P

That's true but I don't want to kill any of them. Is there a mapper for FO? I could just insert another ungaurded unlocked door right next to the gaurds. THat would work. Free loot. I know this all sounds rather newbish but I really have no expierience with mappers of any kind thus I don't follow the progress of them.

There's no mapper (that I know of) beyond the Fallout editor. If you're really that interested in what's inside, just kill everyone first.

Ah, no matter, I don't really care. Just curious. Being evil is suprisingly hard to do.

Ha, Rhombus threw me out of the brotherhood for asking about rumors and I was able to pick my way back in!

sucks to be you. Seems like I'm the only one who's been in there. There are some definate goodies in there, though.

You're not the only one, sorry.
Tank, go get some levels and spend all points on lockpick and you'll get in there... or it really sucks to be you.

ya, that place has some really awesome stuff in there, like atoga said, theres like 3 suits of power armor in there, you need at least a 75% lockpick skill and the electronic lockpick.... plus since your a evil char, joining the BoS gives you +1 karma (noooooo) but if you kill the entire BoS you get like -30 karma plus alot of exp... its pretty kool tho :) you should do the power armor quest first tho so you can get some exp

There is no way to become a Paladin.

You can talk to your annoying Roommate and say you're going to become a Paladin or Scribe, but that's it.

If you go to the Hub wearing your Power Armor, they do call you a Paladin though. He he. Ego.

One of my favourtie bits in Fallout is when you rescue Tandi, and you can talk to Garl (is that his name?), Leader of the Raiders...you say something like:

"We represent a force that you cannot understand. Let her go."

You get experience for not using violence. Then you kill him anyway.
"The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing. If you can fake that, you've got it made."

A KNIGHT. A Knight or a Scribe, he asks.
