How do i Script???

Where can i find some help on scripting? I wanna create my own script and i have no idea where to start. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

yup.. the mapping bit is the easiest part.. and even that's hard when you first start...

we are making a mod and are recruiting people.. if you are interested, icq or pm me ( keep personal chats off the forum.. :) )

we'll see if your mapping skills are up to scratch and go from there...

Im a fallout modder. Just got my current Fo2 mod straightened out and it only crashed on me once (my damn spore plant had a "hiccup", so I killed the .pro file). It's got some snazzy gfx and I think I did a pretty good job of balancing things out. Got new sounds as well, and I re-did alot of creatures to work with it. Dont have a website to pimp it really though, and everyone and their grandma has some kind of weapons mod (though mine's closer to a TC than anything).

Just getting into mapping though. Is it safe to modify the original maps and then simply save them (ie, modify some guy's inventory, then save it)? or do you have to recompile certain things to get that map to work?

inventory and stuff are fine.. but stores are governed by scripts..
